Statuses, keys and addresses.

The short lists you come back to: every public address your venue gets, every status word, and the keys staff should know.

This page is meant to be printed and taped under the desk. Replace your-venue with your venue ID.

Keys on the rig

KeyWhereWhat it does
Shift + F4Any screenOpens the hidden operator menu: server address, venue ID, API key, colours, motion rig, wheel mapping.
8Standing byStarts an unlimited staff session without the admin panel.
Any buttonAttractWakes the rig.
Hold selectGridLights five lights over about a second; release to launch. Release early to cancel.

Rig states

Live Now
A session is running. The timer is counting down.
Idle
Connected, on the standby screen, nobody signed in.
Offline
Saved in Settings but not connected.
CONNECTED
On the rig's Standing by screen: the rig can reach the venue.
OFFLINE
On the rig: it cannot. Check the hidden menu's address, venue ID, API key and SSL.

End Game versus End Session

End Game
Closes the game only. The driver stays signed in and the timer keeps running. Use it to change car or track.
End Session
Ends the customer's time. The game closes and the rig returns to Standing by.

Booking statuses

confirmed
Holds its rigs. The only status that affects availability.
completed
Staff marked the session done. Rigs released.
no_show
Customer did not arrive. Rigs released.
cancelled
Cancelled by the customer, staff or your website. Hidden from the grid.

League statuses

draft
Private while you build it.
active
Public, open for signups, the default for Discord commands.
completed
Public record; signups and car changes closed.
archived
Hidden.
pending / approved / withdrawn
Entrant states. Pending needs your Approve. Withdrawn keeps results and needs Re-admit to return.
finished / dnf / dns / dsq
Result states: classified, did not finish, did not start, disqualified.

Lap badges

RECORD
Fastest valid lap ever on that car and track.
PB
The driver's own best on that car and track.
FIRST LAP
The driver's first lap at the venue.
NEW TRACK
The driver's first lap on that track.
INVALID
Cut, off track, or pit-lane lap. Sorted last on every board.

Sim modes

Standard / ASSISTED
Aids on, damage and wear off. For first sessions.
Pro / SIMULATION
Aids off, damage and wear on. For drivers who want the car as built.
Custom
A third profile you define and name in Settings.

Global leaderboard classes

GT3, GT4, GT2, Cup, Prototype, Open Wheel, Touring, Stock Car, Rally, Drift, Street, Classic, Kart. Class is fixed per car centrally. Cars that do not fit stay off the global board.
