07Driver and Lap Data

Multitap's sim racing center software captures lap times, telemetry, and driver-identifying information at the rig. This data is uploaded to your venue's leaderboard and, where the venue opts in, to the global TAPPED IN leaderboard network (tapin.mlttp.com) where driver names, lap times, and rankings may be publicly displayed.

If you are a driver using a Multitap-equipped venue: your venue operator is responsible for posting any required notices and obtaining consent before collecting your information.

If you are a venue operator: you are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process driver data through our platform, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

08Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • Data Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
