How much does Multitap cost?
$35 per sim, per month. Running 10 or more sims? $325 a month covers your whole venue. A broadcast PC for your TVs is included. See pricing.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Multitap Cloud is month to month. Cancel any time in your account and it stops at the end of the month you paid for. There is no setup fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start a no-card 7-day trial on up to 2 rigs and 1 broadcast PC. Your seven days start when your first rig connects. When the trial ends, the Cloud tools lock and your free VenueLaps membership and leaderboard history remain.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
I keep your venue data for 30 days after your subscription ends so you can request an export.

SETUP
How it runs at your venue.
What do I need to run Multitap?
Windows simulator PCs with your games installed, a working internet connection for your venue and rigs, access to install software on each PC, and your own game licenses, cars and tracks.
Who hosts the server?
I host the server and keep it updated. Your admin panel lives at your own venue web address and works in any browser, so you can start a session from your phone, add time from the front desk tablet or check the floor from home.
How does setup work?
Create your account, enter your venue name and how many sims you run, and your venue is set up automatically. Download the rig installer from your admin panel and run it on each simulator PC. It downloads the launcher and the rest of the rig software for you, and the setup documentation covers each step.
Can I keep my booking system?
Yes. Keep your booking system. Multitap runs your rigs and keeps your drivers coming back. It works alongside whatever you use for bookings and payments today.
Does Multitap include bookings and leagues?
Bookings and leagues are coming at the end of October: reservations and race nights, with public pages your customers can use.
GAMES AND RIGS
What it runs.
Which sims does Multitap support?
Assetto Corsa has the fullest integration. Assetto Corsa Competizione and iRacing have leaderboard support. Automobilista 2, rFactor 2 and Assetto Corsa Evo are planned. See the roadmap.
Do drivers need a keyboard?
No. Every sim runs the Multitap launcher full screen with Windows hidden behind it. Drivers pick their event, car, track and mode with the wheel, paddles or button box, then hold a button to start.
Do motion seats work?
Yes. Motion seats are supported on the rig launcher.
Can I launch other programs, like a flight sim?
Yes. You can launch other programs like a flight sim from the same admin panel.
FEATURES
What it does for your venue.
What does Multitap do for a sim racing venue?
It launches and manages every rig from one admin panel: solo practice, hotlaps, races against up to fifteen AI, group races and shared traffic sessions. Every lap updates live leaderboards and TV displays, and Multitap turns those laps into Discord posts, driver emails, challenges and global rankings that bring drivers back. See all features.
How does Multitap bring drivers back?
Drivers hear about beaten times, milestones, birthdays and weekly digests without you writing a thing. The Multitap Leaderboard Bot posts lap PBs, traffic high scores and records in your Discord the moment they happen, and challenges give drivers a reason to return for days or weeks.
What is traffic mode?
Several drivers in your venue join the same locally hosted traffic server and weave through AI traffic side by side, in the spirit of No Hesi. Contact ends the run, and every score lands on its own traffic leaderboard.
Can drivers race from home?
Yes. Tick Make public on a group race and drivers outside the venue can join it from Content Manager, using the cars and the number of seats you allow.
How do I keep every rig's content in sync?
Pick one master sim that has everything, choose what to copy, and press Sync all sims. Only new or changed files move, and a rig in the middle of a session waits until the driver is done.
Is there an API?
Yes. The Multitap API lets your website, app or in-house tools read leaderboards, laps, drivers, traffic scores and content, and webhooks tell your systems the moment a lap is completed, a personal best is set or a record falls. It is included with every Multitap Cloud venue.
VENUELAPS
Leaderboards between venues.
What is VenueLaps?
Every lap recorded is synced to the global VenueLaps server, with leaderboards between venues on every track and driver rankings anyone can look up from anywhere. Multitap links a new venue to VenueLaps for you, so you don't need to sign up anywhere. Visit VenueLaps.
SUPPORT
Help when you need it.
What support do I get?
Every venue gets a private Discord channel with me for setup help and questions, included with your subscription. The documentation is public. Hands-on installation and consultation is available as a paid session.
Where is Multitap made?
Multitap is made in Miami, Florida, and runs at NXT LVL Gaming in Miami.
What is Multitap Event?
Multitap Event is an offline, LAN-only version made for mobile sim trailers and events, and it's coming soon. It runs without an internet connection, so it leaves out online features like bookings, leagues, challenges, Discord and the API. Learn about Multitap Event.
COMPARED
Multitap and ShiftOS.
How does Multitap compare with ShiftOS?
As listed in October 2026, ShiftOS costs $200 per venue per month plus $25 per sim, which is $350 a month for 6 sims, and includes booking and payments. Its pricing page offers a demo and does not list a free trial. Multitap is $35 per sim, so 6 sims is $210 a month, and never more than $325 for 10 or more sims. It is month to month, has a free 7-day trial and works alongside your booking system. Read the full comparison.
